Creating Student Innovators – Turning Problems into Possibilities

Creating-Student-Innovators-517-×-280-px

We all want to help our students to thrive in an uncertain world. From taking small actions to tackling big, wicked challenges like climate change, we must create the conditions so students might practice using their agency for good. This session explores strategies we might employ to help young people to adapt and evolve to change, and to find the opportunity in challenges – so that we might create innovators.

Join us in this fun sprint as we explore hands-on techniques to help students feel empowered to tackle challenges. Spark your own creativity, and uncover implementation strategies that you can use to inspire your students. We will be sure to spotlight other techniques you might use to promote innovation in your classroom or school as showcased through the Innovation Hub School and the Educators' Lab.
