What are SkyConcerts?
Unprecedented times demand unprecedented action. We are partnering with MasterPeace, Community Arts Network, ITAC, and others to spread a message of hope & togetherness through globally connected music stages on September 21. Our goal is at least 200 outdoor stages and 2000 performers!
Be part of this global momentum by organizing your own ‘SkyConcert’. Make your voice heard by joining our biggest #MusicaboveFighting celebration ever!
How can you get involved in SkyConcerts?
- Organize a concert at an outdoor venue – the sky is the symbolic limit! It can be a rooftop, city square, schoolyard, public park, or you can even organize a virtual space.
- Select a focus topic, or SDG, to center the event around, all under the banner of peace.
- Use #SkyConcert communications and promotional materials in your dissemination (logos, flyers, social media posts, and hashtags).
- Create a 2-minute video of making a heartbeat as a unifying voice, and send it to [email protected].
- Use the concert as an opportunity to create a platform for dialogues, workshops, or other activities around this event.

In May, this hackathon gathered over 60 participants from 10+ different countries as well as 6 projects presenting their initiatives. And it doesn’t end here; with MasterPeace, we aim to give them visibility during the SkyConcerts event, through the promotion of sharing circles.
